France Aims to Shut Down Telegram, Says Russian Human Rights Chief
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Russia's top human rights official Tatyana Moskalkova said France's arrest of Telegram founder Pavel Durov is part of an effort to close down the censorship-free platform.
